Communicating with confidence and developing assertiveness is more than just learning to talk differently.

 

Being assertive — that is, expressing yourself openly and honestly without denying the input of others — requires thinking assertively, which goes hand in hand with feeling confident and displaying positive behavior.

EDC’s Communicating with Confidence workshop can teach you how. This highly interactive experience is geared specifically to situations that frequently arise in the workplace. Through the use of the personal assessment, group role-play and individual coaching, you’ll gain an understanding of your strengths and developmental areas, and set priorities for effective change.
